Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and HeySuna when you use our website, the HeySuna app or the Full Volume challenge. Please read them. By creating an account or signing up, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
HeySuna is operated by Have it OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 14400737, VAT number EE102718672), with its address at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at contact@heysuna.com.
In these terms, "HeySuna", "we", "us" and "our" mean Have it OÜ. "You" means the person using HeySuna. The "Service" means the HeySuna app and everything we provide through it.
2. Who can use HeySuna
You must be at least 18 years old to use HeySuna. You can use it as a private individual or on behalf of a business. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.
Some parts of these terms apply differently depending on whether you're a consumer (using HeySuna mainly for personal purposes) or a business user. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away at contact@heysuna.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. What HeySuna does
HeySuna researches content topics for your business, interviews you with the help of AI, and turns your answers into written content such as articles, newsletters, LinkedIn posts and one-liners.
We're always improving HeySuna, so features may change over time. If we remove something important that you're paying for, we'll tell you in advance.
5. Plans and pricing
- Free plan: one interview per month, at no cost.
- Pro plan: $99 per month, plus any applicable taxes (such as VAT). Pro includes unlimited interviews and content.
The current features and limits of each plan are shown on our website and in the app.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Pro is billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe (including Stripe Link).
- Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
- We don't give refunds for partial months or unused time, except where the law requires it (see section 7).
- If a payment fails, we'll try again and let you know. If it keeps failing, we may move your account to the Free plan.
- We may change our prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
7. Right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers
If you're a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. To do so, email contact@heysuna.com within those 14 days and tell us you want to withdraw.
When you subscribe, you ask us to start providing Pro immediately. If you withdraw, we'll refund what you paid, minus a proportionate amount for the time you had Pro before you told us you were withdrawing. We'll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.
8. The Full Volume challenge
Full Volume is a free 7-day email challenge. When you sign up, you'll receive one email a day for seven days, with audio episodes and instructions. To create the content for the challenge, you'll need a HeySuna account (the Free plan is enough).
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may change, pause or end the challenge at any time.
9. Your content
You own your content. That includes everything you put into HeySuna (your recordings, answers, business profile and edits) and the content HeySuna generates for you. You're free to publish and use it however you like.
To run the Service, you give us permission to store, process, copy and transmit your content, only as needed to provide HeySuna to you. This includes sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when your content is deleted.
We don't use your content to train AI models. We don't publish your content or use it in our marketing without your permission.
10. Your responsibilities
- Review before you publish. HeySuna uses AI, and AI can make mistakes, misunderstand you or produce content that's inaccurate. You're responsible for checking content before you publish it, and for what you publish.
- Only share what you have the right to share. Don't upload content that belongs to someone else without permission.
- Respect other people's privacy. If you talk about clients or other people, don't share details that identify them unless they've agreed.
- Similar content. Because of how AI works, content created for other users may sometimes look similar to yours. Your rights cover your own content, not similar content made independently for someone else.
11. What you may not do
You agree not to:
- use HeySuna for anything illegal, harmful, misleading, defamatory or hateful
- create content that infringes someone else's rights
- try to access other users' accounts or data, or get around limits or security measures
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product
- overload the Service, scrape it, or use automated tools to access it without our permission
- share your account with people outside your business
12. Our intellectual property
HeySuna itself (the software, design, brand, topic research methods, interview questions, and the Full Volume emails and audio) belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use the Service, but not to copy or reuse those parts of it.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
13. Availability and results
We work hard to keep HeySuna running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to take it offline for maintenance.
HeySuna helps you create and publish content. We can't promise any particular result, such as more followers, leads or clients.
14. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.
Apart from that:
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities.
- We're not liable for content you choose to publish, or for what happens as a result.
- Our total liability to you for any claim related to HeySuna is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or €100 if that amount is lower or you're on the Free plan.
If you're a consumer, these limits apply only as far as the law of your country allows.
15. Ending your use of HeySuna
You can stop using HeySuna at any time. To delete your account, email contact@heysuna.com. We'll delete your account and content within 30 days. Download anything you want to keep first.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to by law. Unless it's urgent or we're not allowed to, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close HeySuna entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can save your content, and refund any amount you've paid for time after the closure.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can cancel before they apply. If you keep using HeySuna after that, the new terms apply.
17. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute will be handled by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn.
If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Consumers in Estonia can also contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
If you have a problem, please email us first. Most things can be sorted out quickly.
18. Other things
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about HeySuna. Separate written agreements, such as partnership agreements, take priority where they apply.
- If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- You can't transfer your rights under these terms to someone else without our permission. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or restructuring of our business, without reducing your rights.
